Platform Terms of Use — Please Read Before Registering
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the ct125 platform. By registering or using any ct125 service, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein. Please read carefully before proceeding.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ct125 platform — whether through the official website or mobile app — you automatically agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using the ct125 platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ct125 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform after any updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of those changes.
The ct125 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. ct125 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account suspected of belonging to an underage user.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on ct125. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information, including your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, and a secure password. ct125 reserves the right to verify the information provided at any time.
You are solely responsible for keeping your ct125 account password confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact the ct125 support team immediately.
Users are prohibited from using the ct125 platform for fraud, money laundering, match manipulation, or any unlawful activity. The use of automated software, bots, or any unfair methods to exploit the platform's systems is strictly forbidden.
Ct125 services are available exclusively to users located in Malaysia. Accessing the platform from unauthorised regions is entirely the user's responsibility, and ct125 bears no liability for any consequences arising from such access.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the ct125 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Online Banking via FPX, TNG eWallet, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is as displayed in your account dashboard.
Successfully processed deposits will be credited to your ct125 account within the timeframe determined by your chosen payment method. ct125 is not responsible for any deposits that fail to process due to incorrect information or third-party issues.
Fund withdrawals will only be processed to a Malaysian bank account registered under the account holder's name. ct125 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) prior to processing any withdrawal to ensure transaction security.
Ct125 is not responsible for any additional fees charged by your bank or third-party payment providers. Any transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.

Suspension, Account Closure & Liability Limits
Account Suspension & Closure
Ct125 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if:
- User has violated any terms set out in this document
- Suspected fraudulent or manipulative activity detected
- Information provided during registration is found to be false
- User attempting to exploit promotions or bonuses fraudulently
- Account closure request submitted by the user
ct125 Liability Limits
To the extent permitted under Malaysian law, ct125 shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits or indirect losses arising from use of the platform
- Service disruptions due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control
- Data loss caused by viruses or third-party cyber threats
- Actions or omissions by third-party service providers
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the ct125 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, icons, and software — is the exclusive property of ct125 or its licensors. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using any such content without prior written permission from ct125.
The ct125 platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. ct125 has no control over the policies or content of those third parties and is not responsible for any losses arising from their use. Users are encouraged to review the relevant third-party terms separately.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Ct125 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via an in-platform notice or registered email. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the ct125 platform shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
